About Us
Get to know The Vine Church and our heart for community
Our Mission
To be a welcoming, Spirit-filled community where individuals and families can encounter God, grow in faith, and be equipped to serve. We are committed to proclaiming the gospel, nurturing believers, and reaching our neighbors with the love of Christ.
Our Vision
To see lives transformed by the power of God's word and the Holy Spirit, raising up a generation of committed disciples who impact their families, workplaces, and communities with the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ.
Our History
A legacy of faith rooted in community
The Vine Church, also known as Ebenezer Wesleyan Church, was established by a small group of dedicated believers who desired a place of worship that honored both their Haitian heritage and their growing English-speaking community on Long Island.
Over the years, the church has grown from a humble gathering into a thriving multicultural congregation. Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition of holiness, social justice, and evangelism, we continue to serve the Green Lawn community and beyond.
Today, The Vine Church stands as a testament to God's faithfulness— a place where Kreyòl and English services come together under one roof, united by a shared love for Christ and one another.
Our Church Family
A vibrant community growing together in faith
